Terms & Conditions - Wedding Day Steaming & Styling

1.  Booking Confirmation

This agreement is not confirmed until a 50% deposit has been received. Your date will not be held without a paid deposit.

2.  Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the wedding date will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the wedding date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the wedding date will incur the full quoted amount.

3.  Scope of Service

This service covers steaming, finishing, styling and minor mending only. Structural alterations are not included. Any additional garments added on the day will be charged at à la carte rates, subject to time availability.

4.  Travel

Travel within central Toowoomba is included as per your selected package. Locations outside the Toowoomba region or beyond the agreed number of stops will incur an additional travel fee to be quoted prior to the day.

5.  Access & Timing

The client agrees to provide Rachel's Custom Sewing with adequate space, access to a power point, and a confirmed arrival time in advance. Delays caused by access issues or late changes to the schedule may affect service delivery.

6.  Care of Garments

Rachel's Custom Sewing will treat all garments with the utmost care using professional steaming equipment and pressing cloths appropriate to each fabric. Rachel's Custom Sewing is not liable for pre-existing damage, delicate fabrics that have not been disclosed in advance, or damage resulting from incorrect care labels on garments.

7.  Force Majeure

In the unlikely event that Rachel's Custom Sewing is unable to attend due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to arrange an equally qualified substitute or provide a refund of monies paid.

8.  Photography

Rachel's Custom Sewing may photograph work completed on the day for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you do not consent to images being used, please notify us in writing prior to the day.
