This is why we opened a second studio, so that we can give our full attention to each client without it getting so busy that it feels like we don't care, or you're lost in a crowd. We value the intimate vulnerability that fittings can bring. With body image anxiety, stress for the upcoming event, we try to have a safe space for you to feel comfrotable. We are constantly adapting our processes (including this website and booking system) based on customer feedback to ensure that your experience is one that makes your day! NeuroDiversity
We have an understanding of a range of neurodiversities and aim to make the experience, from booking a fitting, to your fitting, and communication inbetween - to all be a smooth journey free from anxiety and stress. We have done alterations for children in bridal parties in just a few minutes of fitting time, and the kids always ask when they get to come back again! We can keep sensory stimulations to a minimum from the way fabric feels, to ensuring the noise environment is reduced, to longer fittings if needed, and even veils where we go through considerations for which one feels and looks amazing.
