I honestly don't think I'll ever be able to thank you enough for what you did for me.
After months of waiting for my custom-made wedding dress to arrive, I was absolutely devastated when it didn't fit the way it should. It was one of those moments every bride hopes they'll never experience, and I felt completely overwhelmed.
From the very first appointment, you made me feel calm, reassured, and confident that everything was going to be okay. Your kindness, patience, and incredible skill immediately put me at ease when I needed it most.
The alterations you made were nothing short of amazing. You transformed my dress into everything I had dreamed it would be. It fit beautifully, was so comfortable to wear, and made me feel so confident walking down the aisle. I truly felt like the bride I had always imagined.

I honestly cannot recommend Rachel’s Custom Sewing enough! My wedding dress needed a lot of work and alterations to get it fitting the way I had envisioned, and the transformation was absolutely incredible.
From the first fitting to the final result, Rachel and the lovely lady working alongside her were so patient, knowledgeable and reassuring. The amount of care and attention to detail they put into my dress was amazing, and you could tell they genuinely wanted to make sure every little thing was just right.
Looking at the before photos compared with the photos from my wedding day, I’m honestly blown away by the difference. They completely transformed the fit of my dress and made it feel like it had been made for me. It sat so beautifully, felt comfortable, and most importantly, made me feel so confident and amazing on one of the most important days of my life.

Would absolutely recommend Rachel to anyone!
Rachel is absolutely delightful, lovely to chat to and very knowledgeable about what adjustments would be required.
Online booking system is super easy, and the work is incredible.
Starting alterations 3 months out from the wedding provided plenty of time to space fittings out, allowing to try the dress on between adjustments and tweak as required.
Work completed: Cups added, shoulders adjusted, boning added, hook and eyes added, hem shortened, bustle added. I was also able to get a scrunchie made with the offcuts so I can keep part of my dress with me after I have passed it on.
